Excellent device condition means the phone has been thoroughly cleaned, functionally tested and is fully operational with a minimum of 80% battery health.
Battery health indicates the device battery capacity, relative to when it was new. Lower capacity may result in less usage hours between charges. At minimum 80% battery capacity, the overall charge cycle of the device is considered healthy.
There may be very minor signs of usage like scratches, but no dents, cracks or bending.
For added peace of mind, this device has a 12-month warranty, which covers any functional problems you may experience with your device.

Here’s the low-down.
All orders placed before 12 pm on weekdays will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched next business day, depending on stock availability.
Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
These time frames are not guaranteed but are rough estimations from our allocated couriers.
Our courier companies cannot deliver outside requested time frames.

Got an eSIM?
You'll first need to install my amaysim app on your phone and sign in.
Then simply log in to the app, swipe up on the home screen, the select:

When you open your package you’ll see a compatible charging cable (3rd party branded), amaysim SIM card, a SIM card ejector, and a welcome letter with your refurbished phone.
That’s never fun, we get it.
So if we can’t immediately supply the product you’re after, we’ll ping you via phone or email with options to amend, exchange, cancel or refund. No hard feelings.
Once an order is placed, updates to the delivery address are only possible if the item hasn’t been sent.

If your phone has a defect covered by our warranty guidelines within the 12-month warranty period, or you want to make a claim under the Consumer Guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us via email at amaysim_refurbishedsupport@likewize.com or call 1800 716 599.
To assess your request, we need to know a few things about you and your phone.
Just so you know, all valid claims will be provided with an authorisation reference.
This might not be a good idea for you.
Any product returned without an authorisation from Likewize will be at your own expense with no guarantee of a refund.
After receiving a return request with all the right info filled in, Likewize will reach out to you within 48 business hours.
Your device will be assessed within 72 hours of arrival at Likewize.
Once your claim is assessed and approved by the Likewize team, credit will be issued within around 5-7 business days.
A replacement for your faulty product can be ordered by you at any time.
Be sure to check out our catalogue to pick the most suitable swap for you.
Unfortunately, we can’t provide you credit for a refurb not covered under Australian Consumer Law and warranty guidelines.
If your phone isn’t deemed to be faulty or covered under the Australian Consumer Law, we’ll happily ship it back to you provided you agree to pay the shipping costs.
Shipping costs would be communicated to you based on your preferred delivery address (as shipping costs vary by location).
